Added a /lastdonated command
Added a donation database to track donations ingame to give out special gifts to our supporters in the future.
Added some web commands to make the donation tracking possible cross server.
Treasure chests are now fully undetectable with ESP.

The clean up action will not consider inner walls of buildings for damage checks anymore.
When cleaning up a building via cleanup all outer walls need only 15 damage instead of 20 from now on.

Removed fire burn time from the examine text, since it showed numbers far from accurate.

A bug in the donation system has been fixed. Delayed donations are handed out in the next minutes.
