Android App Update

Made sure that the server status is working correctly again

Prepared the App so it will also work on devices with Android 11+

Improved the design a little bit

The update will be available via Google Playstore within the next hours. An auto update will be triggered if you have automatic updates enabled in your Google Playstore.
