Terms of Donation 

Clarifications of a donation:

A donation is a gift given by physical or legal persons, typically for charitable purposes and/or to benefit a cause. A donation may take various forms, including cash offering, services, new or used goods including clothing, toys, food, and vehicles. It also may consist of emergency, relief or humanitarian aid items, development aid support, and can also relate to medical care needs as i.e. blood or organs for transplant. Charitable gifts of goods or services are also called gifts in kind.Donations are given without return consideration. This lack of return consideration means that, in common law, an agreement to make a donation is an "imperfect contract void for want of consideration." 



Donation: 

This is a DONATION, you are not buying any items with this donation, there is nothing Sklotopolis developers are committed to give in return of this donation. Sklotopolis developers will try to deliver your gift for the donation by hand within 48 hours. The developers of Sklotopolis aren't committed to hand you out any gift in return to the donation. You acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in any ingame items and/or gifts given out. You are NOT physically buying something with this donation. All items declared on the donations page are just GIFTS, there is nothing you can buy here. 

There are absolutely no refunds, no matter in which case. Note that this server could be shut downed anytime, all progress could be lost one day without warnings. Sklotopolis developers will do all they can to keep this server up and running but they aren't committed to do so. Gifts can change anytime without further notice.
